Dear Community Supporters,
This year the NBIA Disorders Association is celebrating a very special milestone, our 30th Anniversary, and we would be honored to share this moment with you as a partner.
From September 26 - 27, 2026, families, clinicians, researchers and supporters from across the country will gather in Indianapolis, Indiana for a meaningful weekend centered on connection, progress and hope. Our theme, Strong Roots, Bright Horizons, reflects both the foundation built over three decades and the future we are working toward together.
This anniversary weekend will bring our community together in powerful ways. It will include scientific meetings to hear the latest research updates, opportunities for connection among families walking similar journeys and time to honor the individuals who helped build the NBIA Disorders Association from the very beginning. We will also look ahead and share our vision for the next chapter of progress in NBIA research and family support.
The weekend will culminate in a celebratory evening at the Biltwell Event Center featuring a seated dinner, presentations, dancing, and both silent and live auctions. In addition, families will enjoy a special day at Newfields Museum of Art, including lunch and time to reconnect with friends, new and old, in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Below you will find our sponsorship opportunities for this milestone celebration. Each level of support plays a meaningful role in bringing this weekend to life, from helping underwrite family experiences and community gatherings to ensuring our scientific sessions and celebration events are welcoming, memorable, and impactful. These sponsorships allow our partners to align their support with the part of the weekend that matters most to them, whether that is advancing research conversations, supporting families, or celebrating the community we have built together.
We would be grateful for the opportunity to partner with you. Thank you for considering joining us as we honor our strong roots and look ahead to bright horizons.
Sincerely,
Amber Denton
President
